Fire Smoke Damage Restoration Services

I wanted to take a moment to introduce you to services that we take pride in but is often over looked by many of our customers. As a professional General Contractor Licensed and Insured in the State of Pennsylvania we can do many things. Our skills and development over many years of servicing a large number of home owners and private professional real estate investors we are often called upon to partial and complete fire and smoke restoration and renovations. We can and do provide these services at great rates to both residential and commercial clients that have been found victim to damage by Fire and Smoke incidents.
Fire and Smoke Damage is not your usual repair and maintenance work and it requires a high level of care and detailed attention. It is always a misfortune when fire damage happens to homes or businesses. But when it takes place structural issues and damage should first be fully assessed and then thoroughly corrected were necessary prior to any surface renovations or repairs. Always keep in mind that some materials can be salvaged if no directly affected. This can be an option if and when cost becomes an issue. In nearly all cases we would opt on the side of complete renovation and replacement of all materials involved.
It is our primary goal to restore both the damaged areas as well as the other effected areas to be better than it was prior to fire and smoke damage taking place beginning with any structural issue that may need to be repaired. As a final note we will always leave the premises with the necessary devices and systems (i.e. Quality Brand Smoke Detectors – Hard Wired if at all possible) for added safety and recommend personal in home Fire Extinguishers at least two on each floor of every premise.
